New project | Our scientists are working with resource managers from North Carolina to Florida to develop novel approaches using uncrewed aerial systems (or drones) to monitor and assess the condition of intertidal oyster reefs. Ultimately, these approaches we develop will better inform oyster reef management and restoration. https://coastalscience.noaa.gov/project/collaborative-development-of-uncrewed-aerial-system-approaches-to-assess-intertidal-oyster-reefs-to-inform-management-and-restoration/
