Scott Beliveau

Beliveau is Field Delegate for NCCOS at Beaufort. His role falls under the Business Support Branch, and he is responsible for providing acquisition guidance and direction to field line offices, including utilizing simplified acquisition procedures to procure quality products and services that support the NCCOS mission.

Beliveau began his career in Acquisition working as a Contract Specialist for Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) at Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point NC in 2009. During his four years there, he procured a wide variety of products and services that directly supported the Marines and Sailors to include office furniture, gym equipment, vehicles, janitorial services, grounds maintenance, facility maintenance equipment, and construction of playgrounds and various minor building renovations. In 2013, Beliveau continued his career in acquisition on MCAS Cherry Point working as a Contract Specialist providing direct support to the Fleet Readiness Center East (FRC East) and their various Aircraft Programs. From 2013 – 2019, he procured a variety of complex equipment and software designed to maintain military aircraft as well as various types of equipment maintenance services to keep aircraft maintenance equipment up and running. Beliveau worked directly with engineers and end users to assist them in development of statements of work and purchase descriptions and provided assistance with navigating the acquisition processes.

Beliveau received his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Management from Mount Olive College in 2007. In 2015, Beliveau received his Level II Defense Acquisition Improvement Act (DAWIA) Certification after successfully completing the necessary career field training and fulfilling the experience requirements.
