🔬Research ecologist Jenny Davis designs and conducts research to understand how coastal wetlands respond and adapt to environmental stressors.

🔬Research marine biologist Avery Paxton investigates the ecological functions of human-made reef habitats.

🔬Research ecologist Shay Viehman collects data to help scientists study and protect U.S. coral reef ecosystem.

🔬Environmental scientist Nia Rene provides guidance to aquaculture farmers to help them monitor harmful algae.

🔬Environmental scientist Tina Mikulski conducts research on many aspects of HAB science, mainly focusing on the development of various toxin sensors deployed off the East and West Coasts and in the Great Lakes.

Thank you for all that you do to study and protect our oceans and coastal communities.
