Summary / Description

We are seeking an intern to assist with an ecosystem services valuation project in the Pacific Northwest. The research will utilize the hedonic pricing model to estimate the ecosystem service values provided by habitat restoration efforts.  The intern will gather and process spatial data to conduct exploratory data analysis and geospatial modeling.


Skills Required

This position requires use of ArcGIS and other programs used for spatial analysis (e.g. R.) We are seeking a motivated undergraduate scholar with strong analytical skills and some experience with data analysis. Previous experience with ArcGIS is a major asset for this job, but students with strong technical skills who are willing to learn are also welcome.
