Assist Science Team with Data & report templates

Posted on: 02/01/2018
Research Area(s): Internships / General

Summary / Description

Many records of the Science Team are in need of structuring and organizing. This project will familiarize the student with the nature of Natural Resource Damage assessment and then provide them the opportunity to develop an archival/retrieval structure that is deemed most efficient and intuitive.
Additionally, the student could also review, update and revise report templates for both coral and seagrass assessment reports. This work could entail updating these templates with current state-of-the-art science citations derived from peer reviewed literature.

This internship would also include the opportunity to accompany Science Staff in the field in the Florida Reef Tract to observe and participate in natural resource assessments.
