CSCOR Facilitates Technology Transfer and Education at U.S. HAB Symposium
The Center for Sponsored Coastal Ocean Research (CSCOR) is sponsoring the Fourth U.S. Symposium on Harmful Algal Blooms (HABs) to be held in Woods Hole, MA from October 29 through November 1, 2007. As the largest national HAB conference, the meeting is a forum for scientific exchange and technical communication on all aspects of HAB research. CSCOR is also providing travel support for students, post-docs, and state managers to attend the symposium; the involvement of managers and young scientists is important to strengthen the Nation
