One-NOAA Event Discusses Pressing Issue of Sea Level Rise in Coastal Alabama and the Florida Panhandle

Local, state, and federal entities, including a large number of NOAA offices, came together at the Gulf Ecology Division Laboratory of the Environmental Protection Agency in Gulf Breeze, Florida January 23-24, to discuss the scientific, management and modeling information needed to understand and mitigate the effects of Sea Level Rise on coastal Alabama and the Florida Panhandle.
